Fatally Hurt By a Car.

San Francisco, March 24.---L. Tozer, the well known merchant and senior member of the firm of Tozer & Son was badly injured by a street car this morning near 28th and Mission streets. He was caught by a car and carried quite a distance before the car was stopped. At the hospital his injuries were pronounced as probably fatal.
