Little Rock, AR Storm, Apr 1927
Injured at Little Rock.
LITTLE ROCK, Ark., April 14 (AP). – A half dozen or more persons were injured and as many houses and other buildings demolished by a windstorm of almost tornado proportions which swept through a section of Little Rock Thursday afternoon.
The storm also struck in the vicinity of Dexter, Ark., wrecking several building. Mr. and Mrs. P. Lindsay were cut and bruised when their home near Dexter was demolished. Those known to be injured in Little Rock are: Mrs. Nettie Brewer, 36; Nettie Grace Brewer, 5; Mrs. H. V. Bradshaw, Walter Bradshaw, 4; Arthur Kill and Irma Kill, 3.
