Carlisle and Jacksonville, AR Storms, Jul 1887

LITTLE ROCK, Ark., July 7.---Dispatches from Carlisle and Jacksonville, Ark., state that those places were visited by a severe wind and rainstorm yesterday afternoon. The Baptist church at Carlisle was blown down and several other buildings were completely destroyed. It is impossible to estimate the loss to crops and property.
