BAD WRECK IN ARIZONA
Tucson, Ariz. -- Engineer Tom Walker and Fireman P. W. Bauer, both of Tucson, were killed, thirteen persons were seriously injured and thirty nine others cut and bruised when Southern Pacific train No. 4, formerly known as the Golden State Limited was wrecked three miles west of Benson at 4:01 o'clock Sunday morning. At the time of the accident the train was running thirty miles an hour. Southern Pacific officials ascribe the wreck to striking a curve at too high speed.

The more seriously injured will be brought to St. Mary's Hospital in this city [Tucson]. Among them are Col. William Fife of Cananea, Mexico and Miss Nellie Corbett.
