Eufaula, AL Tornado, Mar 1919

[March 5, 1919] Terrible Tornado Struck Eufaula about 2:45. Practically every home in town damaged and most of stores. Dr. Dikinson, Dr. Adams, Mr. Searcy and traveling man have not been found. The Town is a wreck and everyone is horrified.

March 6, 1919 Found Bodies of 4 missing. All Died instanly but Mr.Searcy, he sufficated. Everyone in town is deeply distressed.
